Join wild, larger-than-life chef Martin Picard and his partner-in-crime sous-chef Hugue Dufour as they cook local dishes like you’ve never seen before!

From shark hunting in Nova Scotia to deep sea fishing of the Magdalen Islands, from crossbow hunting in Quebec’s Eastern Townships all the way to the Far North of Quebec, Martin and Hugue cook up a storm, chat up the locals, and make surprising (and in some cases shocking) inventive and beautiful dishes.

The two chefs, accompanied by their trusty stove, cook out in the wild, on a boat or a beach, and nothing, not the cold, nor the wind, nor the rain will stop them. Martin and Hugue have fun re-inventing old recipes or creating new ones all the while making each and every dish more spectacular than the last. Watch as they create a 5-ft tall seafood platter under the hot summer sun, cook then re-build an entire deer, and make a classic woodcock dish using nothing but disco balls and hot coals.
