Safaris – for centuries the epitome of adventure travel. Once they were about hunting but now they’re about shooting of a different kind. Journeying in search of nature’s greatest wonders we’ve gathered together the most spectacular wildlife moments - from some of the world’s most inaccessible places - to take you across the globe on a series of unforgettable Wildlife Safaris.

• In episode one “Forest Adventures”, we explore the world’s forests; the planet’s most precious – and perhaps most endangered - resource, they are also home to some of the most diverse and exciting of its wildlife. We follow the journey into Indian jungle of Ranthambhore, the misty forests of Borneo and the Amazon.

• The second episode, “ Savannah Journeys”, covers the wide-open grass and woodlands of some of the greatest areas such as the Serengeti and Australian outback.

• In the final episode “Exploring the Extremes” sees us venture into some of the most challenging places on Earth in search of truly remarkable wildlife and breathtaking scenery, visiting the colourful mineral-rich lakes of Bolivia, the mountains of the Himalayas and the inhospitable landscape of Namibia.
